ShinyFIN is dedicated to hosting R Shiny applications related to fisheries science, economics, and management. ShinyFIN was launched by the Pacific States Fisheries Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) FIN projects-- Alaska Fisheries Information Network , Pacific Fisheries Information Network , and Recreational Fisheries Information Network --to host FIN-developed applications, as well as applications created by federal and state agency partners.

PSMFC does not review applications submitted by agency partners. The applications, including associated data and code, are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. For additional Shiny applications, please see the Pacific States E-Journal of Scientific Visualizations (PSESV), which publishes peer-reviewed visualizations of fisheries-related data relevant to the region serviced by PSMFC.
